Racine Public Library Chess Mates

  • Racine Public Library 75 7th Street Racine, WI, 53403 United States (map)

Racine Library Chess Mates meets are casual chess sessions led by U.S. Chess Federation (USCF) member Edward Larkin. Sessions will be open play, meaning that we will provide chess boards for players to use to play against anyone available. Ed or another facilitator may be available to teach and play, but boards will always be available, with or without a facilitator.

It teaches social and emotional learning through chess and hosts Chess Piece Summits at community centers throughout the Racine area.
