Knife Skills, Flavors, and Iron Chef

Ages 10 - 15.

In this 2 hour class, students will learn basic culinary knife skills then work with their teammate to create an impromptu vegetarian meal. Recipes and guidance will be provided, but students will have a lot of freedom to play with ingredients, flavor combinations, and cooking methods.

When registering, please indicate any food allergies or restrictions.
