Join us as we kick-off National Library week with a comic challenge inspired by one of this year’s recognized comic artists, Scott McCloud! 

McCloud is the creator of the international 24-hour comic movement - a creative challenge for artists of all experience levels to create a 24-page comic in 24 hours. Participate in this creative movement on a smaller scale by joining us to make a 1-page comic in one hour! Meet fellow comic enthusiasts and work together or alone to create a 1-page comic of your own design.

Celebrate National Library week all month long with us by also participating in our Comic Contest for the chance to win a $30 gift card to Otto’s Art Academy! Youth that participate will have their 1-page comic displayed near the Children’s area throughout the month. Entries are accepted April 1 - 30.
